The Dixon 200-G-TF is a 2-inch PTFE envelope gasket with an NBR (Buna-N) filler core, designed for use in cam and groove (camlock) coupling connections. The PTFE outer envelope provides broad chemical resistance across acids, solvents, and caustics, while the NBR filler delivers compressibility and resilience under bolt load, making this a Type TF (Teflon-faced/filled) construction per Dixon's standard cam-groove gasket lineup. The single blue stripe visible on the gasket face is Dixon's color-coding indicator for this PTFE/NBR combination, allowing quick material identification in the field. These gaskets seat into the groove of standard 2-inch cam and groove couplings (Type A, B, C, D, E, F, DC, and DP) and are suited for food processing, chemical transfer, and general industrial fluid handling lines where PTFE chemical compatibility is required. This is a new, factory-bagged pack of 2 gaskets, dated 9/7/2023 per the original Dixon label.
