This is a new Donghua BL566 ANSI-standard leaf chain supplied in a 10-foot length, manufactured by Donghua Chain Group under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes. BL566 is a lacing-pattern leaf chain (BL series) with a pitch of 1-3/4 inches (44.45 mm), 6 plates wide on each side (6x6 lacing), conforming to ANSI/ASME B29.8 leaf chain standards. The chain is pre-stressed during manufacture to set the chain and improve fatigue resistance, and is engineered for wear resistance in demanding lift and tension applications such as forklift masts, hoist counterbalance systems, and hydraulic cylinder tie-rod assemblies where roller chain is unsuitable. Donghua's BL566 is produced from alloy steel plates and pins with controlled heat treatment to meet published minimum tensile strength requirements for this designation.
