The Dotco (Cleco Production Tools) 10L1080-36 is a new, inline pneumatic die grinder from the 10-10 Series, designed for precision material removal, deburring, and surface finishing in production and aerospace environments. It is powered by a vane-type air motor producing 0.3 HP at 90 PSI inlet pressure, with a free speed of 30,000 RPM — making it suited for use with small mounted points, carbide burrs, and abrasive accessories up to the rated wheel diameter. The tool accepts 1/4 in (6.35 mm) shank tooling via a collet-style chuck, has an overall length of approximately 4-5/8 in, and features a side-lever throttle valve for positive on/off control visible in the photos. The compact, lightweight orange composite housing with rear exhaust minimizes operator fatigue in sustained production use, and the tool ships complete with original Dotco parts manual (PL30-1010-1) and Cleco Production Tools packaging as shown.
