This is a new duMont Minute Man 3/8-D keyway broach, part number 22213, made in the USA and distributed by Pilot Precision Products. The 3/8-D designation indicates this broach cuts a 3/8-inch wide keyway to ANSI B17.1 'D' depth specification, used for cutting keyways in bores to accept standard square or rectangular keys in hubs, sprockets, gears, and pulleys.
