The Dynabrade 14000 Dynafile is a new, American-made pneumatic abrasive belt tool rated at 0.5 HP and 20,000 RPM, designed for straight-line filing, deburring, blending, and finishing in metalworking and fabrication environments. It accepts abrasive belts from 1/8 in to 1/2 in wide by 24 in long (3–13 mm x 610 mm), with a fixed arm configuration and front exhaust that directs spent air away from the workpiece and operator. The tool operates on compressed air with a 1/4 in NPT inlet and requires 31 SCFM at 90 PSI, making it suited for applications such as weld blending, tube and pipe finishing, die finishing, and contour sanding on metal, composites, and plastics. Belt tension is adjusted via the knurled tracking knob visible on the nose, and the tool ships with a 9/64 in hex key wrench (Dynabrade part 95134B) for belt change and maintenance. Manufactured in the USA and CE/UKCA marked, the 14000 is a production-grade tool built for continuous industrial use.
