EDM XP6872 Copper Tungsten Tube Electrodes 0.037in x 2in EDM Electrodes

This is a new lot of copper tungsten (CuW) tubular EDM electrodes manufactured per drawing under part number XP6872 (REV N/C). As clearly labeled in the packaging, each tube measures 0.037" ±0.0002" OD x 2" ±0.015" in length, with both ends capped for protection during storage and shipping. Copper tungsten is a sintered composite material offering a combination of high electrical conductivity (from copper) and superior erosion resistance (from tungsten), making it the material of choice for precision small-hole EDM drilling applications on hardened steels, carbide, and exotic alloys. The tubular (hollow) form allows dielectric flushing fluid to pass through the electrode axis during drilling, enabling efficient debris evacuation from deep, small-diameter holes. These electrodes are suited for use on dedicated small-hole EDM machines and are stored in a protective vial with end caps to maintain dimensional integrity prior to use.
