This lot of 20 new copper tungsten (CuW) small-hole EDM drilling electrodes, part number XP6873, measures 0.033" ±0.0002" diameter × 1.50" ±0.015" length (both ends), as confirmed by the bag label visible in the photos. Copper tungsten composite material — typically 70–75% tungsten / 25–30% copper by weight — provides superior wear resistance compared to pure brass or copper electrodes, producing tighter, more consistent bore geometry during fast-hole EDM drilling operations. The "BS HOLE" designation indicates these are blind/start-hole electrodes intended for sinker and small-hole EDM machines used to initiate wire-EDM threading holes, create cooling channels, or drill precision start holes in hardened tooling steels, carbide, and exotic alloys. The protective red polymer end caps (visible in photos) prevent tip damage during storage and shipping; the rods themselves appear dark-finished (oxidation-inhibiting coating typical of CuW stock). Sold as a pack of 20 electrodes, all new/unused condition.
