This Emuge BX912016.0080 is a solid carbide (VHM) machine tap from the GJV series, designated VHM-TYP 1A-GJV/E-IKZ-TICN, in M8 metric thread size with a 6HX tolerance class. It carries a TiCN coating and has internal coolant supply (IKZ) for flushing chips from the cutting zone during tapping. The GJV series is made for cast iron materials including compacted graphite iron. The shank has a driving square and a relieved neck behind the threaded section. Condition is new.
