The Enerpac RCS302 is a new single-acting, spring-return, low-height (pancake-style) hydraulic cylinder rated at 30 US tons (267 kN) capacity with a 2-inch (51 mm) stroke and a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 PSI (700 bar). The RCS Series decodes as follows: R = round body, C = single-acting/spring return, S = low height, 30 = 30-ton capacity, 2 = 2-inch stroke. The cylinder features a baked-enamel yellow steel body with a hardened, chrome-plated piston, integral stop ring to prevent over-travel, and a leakproof design compatible with Enerpac hydraulic oil; the female coupler port accepts a standard 3/8 in-18 NPT or Enerpac quick-connect fitting (dust cap and coupler tethered to the body as shown). Typical applications include confined-space structural lifting, bridge jacking, press work, and synchronous lifting systems where low collapsed height is critical; the cylinder is compatible with all Enerpac P-Series hand pumps and ZU4-Series electric pump units operating at 10,000 PSI.
