The Eriez Hydroflow model 83-2000 is a new belt-type oil skimmer designed to continuously remove tramp oil from coolant sumps, wash tanks, and parts-cleaning systems. The unit uses a continuously rotating oleophilic belt that attracts and lifts floating oil to a wiper/scraper assembly, delivering a rated removal capacity of 1.00 GPH (gallons per hour) with a 3-inch reach from the tank edge to the fluid surface. It is rated for operating fluid temperatures of 50°F to 180°F, making it suitable for standard machine-tool coolant sumps, parts washers, and aqueous cleaning systems. The unit ships complete with the skimmer head assembly, mounting bracket, belt, discharge fitting, hardware pack, and a standard 115V AC power cord as visible in the photos.
