The Everede Tool CHM-1.000-30 (EDP 01258) is a new, Made-in-USA indexable chamfer end mill with a 1-inch straight shank, 30° lead angle, and a CHM-series toolholder body designed to accept APLT 347 style inserts secured by Torx-head clamping screws. The tool accommodates 3 inserts and delivers a cutting diameter range of 1.000" to 1.553" with a maximum depth of cut of 0.479", making it suited for chamfering, countersinking, and beveling operations on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces in machining centers or CNC mills with 1-inch toolholding capability. At 3.2" overall length, the compact steel body features a black-oxide finish on the head, a precision-ground cylindrical shank, and chip gullets designed to promote evacuation during plunge and angular cutting passes. Inserts are not included with the body; the APLT 347 designation specifies the compatible insert geometry required for this holder.
