This is a new Forkardt Hardinge S20 Emergency Collet Pad, part number 56091410000000, designed for use with S20 series collet chucks on CNC lathes and turning centers. The collet pad is supplied as a 3-jaw set with a machinable (emergency/soft) bore, allowing the operator to bore the ID on the machine to precisely match a non-standard workpiece diameter — in this case shipped at 1.25 in. stock bore for customer finishing. The part is marked "S-20-E" on the face and includes a hardware packet (retention pins/keys), consistent with Forkardt Hardinge's standard S20 emergency collet pad kit configuration.
