The Fraisa X7200300 is a new solid carbide roughing end mill with a 6.00 mm cutting diameter, 7.00 mm shank diameter, and a 0.500 mm corner radius, as confirmed directly from the package label (ø6.00/7.00 r0.500). The reduced-neck design — cutting diameter smaller than the shank — provides additional clearance for deep-cavity and profiling operations, minimizing wall contact and vibration during aggressive stock removal. Fraisa's X-series roughing end mills feature serrated (chip-splitter) cutting edges along the flutes, which break chips into shorter segments for improved chip evacuation, reduced cutting forces, and higher feed rates compared to standard end mills; the bright (uncoated) finish visible in the photos is consistent with Fraisa's X7200 series intended for use in steel and general-purpose alloys. This tool is compatible with standard ER collet chucks and hydraulic toolholders accepting a 7 mm shank, and is supplied new in Fraisa's standard plastic protective case.
