The Fraisa X7200391 is a new solid carbide tapered end mill with an 8.00 mm cutting diameter at the tip, a 9.00 mm shank diameter, and a 0.500 mm corner radius, all confirmed directly from the label. Fraisa manufactures this tool from submicron-grain tungsten carbide substrate and applies a PVD AlTiN-type hard coating (consistent with Fraisa's X-series geometry line), delivering excellent hardness and heat resistance for mold and die machining, finishing of inclined walls, and 3D contouring operations on hardened steels, stainless, and tool steels. The tapered body profile allows deep-cavity access with increased rigidity compared to straight-shank long-reach tools, and the 9.00 mm cylindrical shank is compatible with standard ER and Weldon-style toolholders. The tool ships new in the original Fraisa plastic clamshell case.
