Fraisa X7204501 Ø12/13mm r0.5 Carbide Torus End Mill

The Fraisa X7204501 is a new solid carbide torus (corner-radius) end mill with a 12.00 mm cutting diameter, 13.00 mm shank diameter, and a 0.500 mm corner radius, as read directly from the product label. Fraisa's X72 series tools are manufactured from submicron-grain solid carbide and are designed for high-performance finishing and semi-finishing of hardened steels, tool steels, and stainless materials; the torus geometry reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge while the corner radius improves surface finish and extends tool life versus a square end mill. The 13.00 mm straight shank is compatible with standard ER collet chucks, shrink-fit holders, and hydraulic toolholders accepting 13 mm shanks. This tool is supplied new in original Fraisa packaging and is intended for use in CNC machining centers operating at appropriate high-speed cutting parameters for carbide tooling.
