The Fraisa X7600450 is a new, solid carbide 4-flute hi-feed end mill from Fraisa's X-AL product line, purpose-engineered for high-efficiency milling of aluminum and non-ferrous materials. Measuring 10 mm cutting diameter × 10 mm shank diameter × 72 mm overall length, it features an uncoated (bright) solid carbide substrate optimized for the low friction and sharp cutting edges demanded by aluminum machining, with a geometry designed to maximize chip evacuation and surface finish at aggressive feed rates. The hi-feed geometry produces a shallow axial depth of cut with high radial engagement, enabling very high table feeds and reduced cutting forces — particularly effective in 3-axis and high-speed machining centers with HSK or ER collet toolholding systems accepting a 10 mm shank. The X-AL series designation confirms the tool is specifically ground for aluminum, magnesium, and other non-ferrous alloys, where uncoated sharp-edge carbide outperforms coated alternatives by preventing built-up edge.
