This is a new Fullerton Tool Co. (Saginaw, Michigan, USA) solid carbide ball nose end mill, part number 3211B, with a 3/8 in (0.3750 in) shank diameter, 3/8 in ball nose cutting diameter, and 1-1/2 in length of cut. The tool features a tapered flute profile with 3 flutes and a 30° helix angle, as encoded in the secondary label designation '3/32 RADx3/8SH-1D30° BL 3FL TAPERED ENDMILL' — indicating a 3/32 in ball radius on a tapered body — and carries a dark (black) TiN or similar PVD-style coating visible in the photos. Fullerton's 3211B series tapered ball end mills are manufactured from submicron grain solid carbide and are suited for die/mold finishing, 3D contouring, and rib-slotting in steels, tool steels, and hardened materials where the tapered geometry provides clearance in deep-cavity work. The 3/8 in round shank is compatible with standard ER collet chucks, milling chucks, and Weldon-flat holders in that bore size.
