The Global CNC Industries 86-13C is a new Type C style rotary tool holder bushing with a 1.000 in (1") bore ID and 1.500 in OD, as confirmed on the product label (8613C 1.000, 1.500 OD X 1.000 ID) and laser-engraved on the flange face. The bushing features a 3-3/8 in overall length under the head with a 3 in open slot length machined along the body, allowing through-tool coolant or bar stock clearance; the large flanged collar provides positive axial stop positioning in the turret or gang tooling block. Manufactured with a black oxide (oxide) surface treatment for corrosion resistance, the body is precision-bored to accept 1" shank tooling and is designed for use in CNC lathe live or fixed rotary toolholder systems that accept the C-style bushing form factor, mating with standard 86-series toolholder bodies from Global CNC Industries.
