The Global CNC HSL20/30-8411 is a new, USA-made OD facing toolblock designed specifically for Haas SL-20 and SL-30 series CNC turning centers with bolt-on style turrets. The block accepts a 1-inch (25.4mm) bore toolholder and measures 80mm wide by 45mm tall, with the characteristic two-tier stepped body profile and four large through-bores for turret mounting bolts visible in the photos. Two brass-fitted coolant ports are integrated into the block body, and the internal clamping mechanism uses a captive toggle/cam-lock lever (visible on the bottom face) along with two hex socket clamping screws to secure the cutting tool with repeatable positioning. The body is machined from hardened steel with a black oxide finish, providing corrosion resistance and precise seating surfaces for rigid tool clamping during OD turning and facing operations on Haas SL-20 and SL-30 lathes.
