This is a new Goulds Pumps replacement pump casing (volute/casing body), part number 69937E, cast in CF8M grade stainless steel — the cast equivalent of wrought 316 stainless steel — as confirmed by the "CF8M" casting mark visible on the unit. CF8M offers excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals, mild acids, and seawater, making it the standard material specification for demanding process fluid, chemical, and marine pump applications.
