This is a new Goulds Pumps (ITT) F1618S3LALX102 liquid end assembly for the 3196S STX-group ANSI B73.1 standard centrifugal process pump, size 1x1-1/2-8, Material Code 1203 (316 stainless steel / CF8M investment-cast wetted parts). The kit includes the cast iron casing (Part No. 104-556 1203N, labeled CASING 56204), a CF8M/316SS open impeller (casting no. 56208), a stainless shaft sleeve (Goulds Part 76772X, Material Code 2220), an additional closed-style 316SS impeller, and all associated hardware — consistent with a complete liquid end rebuild set for a 1-in discharge × 1.5-in suction × 8-in maximum impeller diameter frame. The 3196S STX group is a heavy-duty ANSI chemical process pump designed for corrosive, abrasive, and high-temperature process fluids in chemical, petrochemical, and industrial service; the STX frame accepts standard NEMA and IEC motor adapters. All wetted components are CF8M (equivalent to 316L SS cast) for corrosion resistance in acidic and chloride-bearing services; the blue-epoxy-coated ductile/grey iron casing is standard for 3196S production.
