The Guhring No. 1037-15.000 is a solid carbide machine reamer (HM Masch.-Reibahle) manufactured to DIN standard WN 1036 R-HRD, designed for finish reaming 15.0 mm H7 tolerance holes in production CNC machining environments. The cutting head is ground from K10 uncoated fine-grain carbide (ISO K10 grade), which provides excellent wear resistance and edge stability when reaming cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous materials; the black oxide finish on the shank is protective and not a functional cutting coating. The tool features right-hand cut, straight or slightly helical flutes visible in the photos, a cylindrical shank compatible with collet chucks and hydraulic toolholders sized for the shank diameter, and delivers H7 tolerance bore quality directly from the reamer without further finishing.
