GWS 5/32 in Carbide Twist Drill Bit AlTiN Coated

This is a new GWS Tool Group solid carbide twist drill bit in 5/32 in (0.15625 in) diameter with an AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coating, identified by part number 460-101532B and label designation "35XP18." AlTiN coating provides a high surface hardness and oxidation resistance up to approximately 1600°F, making it well-suited for dry or minimal-lubrication drilling in hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. The drill features a standard 118° point geometry with a bright/blued flute finish visible in the product photo, and a round straight shank compatible with standard drill chucks and collet systems. GWS solid carbide construction delivers significantly greater rigidity and heat resistance than HSS equivalents, enabling higher cutting speeds and extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications.
