The Harrington PTF2020 is a new plain (push) beam trolley from the TF2/TS2 series, rated for 2-ton (4,000 lb) maximum hoist load capacity and designed for manual lateral movement of loads along I-beam runways. The trolley mounts to standard S-shape and W-shape I-beams with flange widths from 3-7/32 in to 6-1/32 in (82–153 mm), adjusted via the included threaded suspension rod and locking hardware; a wrench-style adjustment key is included for flange width setting. The stamped steel side plates are finished in Harrington's signature orange powder coat, and the unit ships as a complete assembly with suspension bolt, nut, and owner's manual per the TF2/TS2 Series documentation visible in the photos. Manufactured in Japan by Harrington Hoists, Inc., the PTF2020 is compatible with Harrington's TF2-series electric and hand chain hoists and meets ASME B30.17 underhung trolley standards. The full part number PTF2-757919 visible on the shipping label confirms this is the 2-ton, Suspender C (3.23–6.32 in / 82–160 mm) flange range configuration.
