This Harvey Tool 22020 is a miniature solid carbide spot drill with a 0.020 in cutting diameter, a 90° included point angle, 2 flutes, a 0.060 in length of cut and a 1-1/2 in overall length, as printed on the package label (.02X.06X1-1/2 2FL 90D CARB SPOT DRILL). The bright, uncoated solid carbide body is ground with a tapered neck that gives clearance for locating small holes on a workpiece. It is used to start tiny holes and to center-mark features before drilling with a micro drill, which reduces drill walk. The shank is straight, and 1/8 in is the standard shank for Harvey Tool miniature spot drills. This item is new and comes in the manufacturer's labeled plastic case.
