The Honeywell MICRO SWITCH LSA1A is a new, heavy-duty industrial limit switch featuring a die-cast zinc alloy body (blue) with a separate snap-action operator head (black) accepting side-rotary or top-push actuators — in this configuration fitted with a knurled plunger/stud actuator. The LSA1A encodes the LS series heavy-duty body (L), standard body size (S), with a 1A snap-action contact block providing 1NO/1NC (DPDT same-polarity) contacts rated 10 A at 600 VAC and 600 VAC maximum pilot duty per NEMA A600. The switch is rated for NEMA enclosures 3, 4, 4X, 6P, and 13, meets IEC/EN 60947-6-1, and carries UL Listed Industrial (CONT EQ A156), CE, UKCA, and CSA certifications, making it suitable for machine tool, material handling, conveyor, and packaging line position-sensing applications. The two-piece body/head construction allows the operator head to be replaced independently without rewiring; conduit entry accepts standard 3/4 in NPT fittings.
