The Honeywell Miller SEWPKT/275FT is a new, complete confined-space and elevated-worker rescue and descent system designed to enable a single rescuer to raise or lower an incapacitated worker. The kit centers on a Miller Sure-Ease winch/descent device capable of operating on 275 feet of kernmantle rescue rope, and includes hardware components visible in the reference image: a rope grab, rescue pulleys (including a red multi-sheave pulley), offset-D and pear-shaped carabiners, a steel anchor plate, an aluminum anchor bar/spreader, and rigging slings — all packed in the orange roll-top vinyl 'RESCUE' backpack bag shown with the Miller by Honeywell reflective label and dual backpack harness straps. The system is engineered to ANSI Z359 and OSHA 1910.146 permit-required confined space rescue requirements, supporting a maximum working load consistent with Miller's published rescue equipment standards.
