The Honeywell Salisbury 1300-ES is a new, USA-made Class 4 Type II electrical insulating rubber blanket measuring 36 in x 36 in (square) with a slotted center cutout design, as confirmed by the box label reading "Blankets, 36" SQ, CL 4 TYPE II, SLOTTED." Class 4 insulating blankets are rated for a maximum use voltage of 36,000V AC (phase-to-phase) and proof-tested to 40,000V AC per ASTM D1048 and IEC 60243 standards, making them suitable for energized electrical work on high-voltage distribution systems up to 36 kV. The Type II designation indicates ozone-resistant natural rubber construction, providing enhanced durability in outdoor and high-ozone environments compared to Type I.
