The Honeywell North 5400 Series (model Z54001) is a new, NIOSH-approved full facepiece air-purifying respirator in Medium/Large size, constructed with a durable elastomeric facepiece and a panoramic polycarbonate lens for wide field of vision. The mask features a 4-point hook-and-loop harness system for secure, adjustable fit, a central threaded filter/cartridge connection port compatible with Honeywell North 5400 and 7600 series cartridges and canisters, and two side ports for use with optional nose cups or communications accessories. The low-profile exhalation valve with speech diaphragm is centrally located in the chin area, and the inner mask (nose cup) design reduces lens fogging during use. Manufactured in Mexico (MFG date 01/26 per box label), this respirator meets NIOSH approval requirements for use with compatible organic vapor, acid gas, and particulate cartridges in industrial environments including painting, chemical handling, and hazardous materials response.
