Horn RS10P.0200.2.D2 TH35 Carbide Grooving Insert

This is a new Horn RS10P.0200.2.D2 TH35 carbide grooving insert from Horn's System Mini product line, manufactured in Germany and packaged in Horn's standard twin-compartment Mini insert case. Decoding the part number: RS10P denotes the System Mini series with a 10 mm shank-system profile; 0200 indicates a 2.00 mm cutting width; the second position '2' specifies the insert seat/geometry variant; D2 designates the insert form/geometry for internal or external grooving; and TH35 is Horn's proprietary CVD-coated submicron carbide grade optimized for universal steel and stainless steel applications, offering a combination of high wear resistance and toughness. The TH35 grade features a TiAlN-based CVD coating that delivers extended tool life in interrupted cuts and on difficult-to-machine materials including austenitic stainless steels and low-alloy steels.
