The Hubbell CS6369 is a new, Made-in-USA Twist-Lock® locking receptacle rated 50A at 125/250V AC, configured as 3-pole, 4-wire grounding (2 hots, 1 neutral, 1 ground). It carries a non-NEMA CS designation under Hubbell's California Standard (CS) series, which differs from the NEMA L14-50R despite similar electrical ratings — the CS6369 uses a distinct blade geometry and is not interchangeable with NEMA L14-50 plugs. The receptacle features a black thermoplastic body with a chrome-finish locking ring, four screw-terminal wire connections (10 AWG to 4 AWG copper conductors only, 75°C rated), a strip gauge molded into the back, and mounting ears for standard single-gang box installation. UL Listed as Weather Resistant (UL 498 Category 223A), it is suited for portable generator connections, industrial equipment hookups, and outdoor service applications where a secure, pull-resistant locking connection is required.
