The Inauvate ASF100-20H is a new, complete Aqueous Sterilization & Filtration (ASF 100) system designed to extend machine tool coolant life by combining UV-C germicidal sterilization with mechanical particulate filtration in a single inline unit. The system ships with the ASF 100 digital control module (featuring a blue LED display and BACK/ENTER/UP/DOWN navigation), a 540 mm clear-housing filter canister with internal mesh screen element, a UV-C lamp (T5/T8-style, shipped in a protective cardboard tube), a filter housing wrench, a wall/machine mounting bracket, power cord, and user manual — everything required for a complete installation. The ASF100-20H variant encodes: ASF = Aqueous Sterilization & Filtration, 100 = product series, 20 = 20-watt UV lamp power / larger 540 mm filter housing configuration, H = high-flow version; the system is rated for coolant tanks up to 120 gallons and a maximum working pressure of 50 PSI, making it suitable for CNC machining centers, manual mills, lathes, grinders, and parts washers using water-soluble or semi-synthetic cutting fluids.
