Ingersoll XCMT 070304 TC TT9030 Carbide Milling Insert (10pc)

The Ingersoll XCMT 070304 TC TT9030 is a square 90° milling insert in grade TT9030, a PVD-coated (TiAlN-based) submicron carbide grade designed for high-speed milling of steels and stainless steels, offering excellent wear resistance and thermal stability. Decoded from the ISO designation: X = special square shape with 90° cutting edges, C = 7° clearance angle, M = medium tolerance class, T = with chipbreaker/hole (center mounting hole with chipbreaker geometry), 07 = 7 mm inscribed circle (IC), 03 = 3.18 mm thickness, 04 = 0.4 mm nose radius, TC = double-sided chipbreaker geometry. The TT9030 grade (IMC/Ingersoll designation) is a PVD TiAlN-coated cemented carbide optimized for ISO P (steel) and M (stainless) materials in light-to-medium milling operations at high cutting speeds. These inserts are supplied factory-new in the original sealed Ingersoll 10-piece tray, made in Korea, and are compatible with Ingersoll XCMT-series milling toolholders and cutters from the IMC Group product line.
