This is a new Interstate part number 86090164, a straight shank shell end mill arbor sized 3/4" shank diameter by 3/4" arbor pilot diameter, as stamped on the body ("3/4-3/4") and confirmed on the original factory label. Shell end mill arbors of this type use a straight cylindrical shank for mounting in milling machine spindles or collet chucks, and drive the shell mill via two keys (drive slots visible on the pilot flange) with a central hex socket for the retention screw that locks the cutter onto the pilot. The 3/4" pilot is compatible with standard shell end mills bored to 3/4" with the corresponding keyway drive configuration. Constructed from steel with a ground shank and pilot, this arbor is suited for use on manual or CNC knee mills, bed mills, and horizontal mills accepting a 3/4" straight shank.
