The Iscar 4513063 Tool Clamp 40 Rotary is a presetter or tool setter clamping fixture designed to securely hold BT40 (ISO 7388-2 / MAS 403 BT) taper toolholders during tool length presetting operations, produced under the ISCAR/ETM Tool brand, a member of the IMC Group. The rotary design incorporates a precision ball-bearing ring (visible cream/yellow polymer bearing race) that allows the clamped toolholder to rotate freely about its axis — enabling spindle-speed or runout measurements without unclamping. The L-bracket mounting base features two slotted bolt holes for rigid fixture mounting to presetter tables or surface plates, and a knurled thumbscrew with a ball-plunger provides positive angular indexing/locking of the rotary ring. Supplied new in original Iscar/IMC Group packaging (box shows some shelf wear); the unit itself is in new, unused condition. Compatible with BT40 taper shank toolholders and designed for use with tool presetters, CMMs, or inspection fixtures.
