Iscar ECKI1H1.5/4-7C1CFR.12T6*9 IC900 1.5" 7-Flute Carbide End Mill

The Iscar ECKI1H1.5/4-7C1CFR.12T6*9 is a solid carbide end mill from Iscar's ECK-H (Helical Flute, Cylindrical Shank with flat) series, featuring a 1-1/2 in (1.5 in) cutting diameter on a 1-1/4 in reduced shank, 7 flutes, and a 0.120 in corner radius — all in a 9 in overall length with a 6 in length of cut. The tool is manufactured in Israel and coated in Iscar's IC900 grade, which is a PVD AlTiN-based nano-composite coating engineered for high-hardness steels, stainless steels, and heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA), providing excellent hot hardness and oxidation resistance up to ~1,000°C. The 7-flute geometry with variable helix and a 0.120 in corner radius reduces chatter, increases chip load per tooth, and provides superior surface finish in demanding roughing and finishing operations on difficult-to-machine alloys including Inconel, titanium, and stainless steel. The 1-1/4 in straight shank with a Weldon flat is compatible with standard milling chucks, shrink-fit holders, and Weldon-style collet chucks of the corresponding bore size. This is a new, unused tool in its original Iscar plastic case.
