This is a new Iscar FFX4 ED20/.78-3MMT1204 indexable end mill head from the Iscar MULTI-MASTER system, designed for high-feed and square-shoulder milling operations. The head accepts MMMT 1204 (12mm inscribed circle, 04mm thick) double-sided carbide inserts and is rated for a 20mm (0.787 in) cutting diameter, with an insert clamping torque of 0.9 N·m (8 lbf·in) as stamped directly on the body. The FFX4 designation denotes a 4-flute (4-pocket) configuration with a helix geometry optimized for high-feed machining of steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The head features through-coolant capability (center coolant port visible in photos) and mounts via Iscar MULTI-MASTER threaded shank interface. Included in the kit are an Iscar T7 Torx wrench, spare clamping screws (SR M2.5x6-T7-60), and a packet of SAF-T-EZE anti-seize lubricant produced for IMC (Iscar's parent group).
