The Iscar HM90 F90A D3.00-5-1.00 (Iscar item 3102110) is a new 3.00-inch diameter, 5-flute, 90° lead angle indexable face mill designed for the HM90 insert platform, accepting APKT/APMT style tangential helical carbide inserts. The body features a 1.00-inch bore arbor mount with drive keys (visible in photos as the twin slot/key configuration on the back face), a maximum rated speed of 18,744 RPM, and a torque rating of 42.5 lbf·in as engraved directly on the cutter body. Constructed from alloy steel and made in Germany per the box label, it ships complete with the cutter body, arbor retention screw, insert clamping screws, Torx/hex key wrench, IMC SAF-T-EZE anti-seize lubricant, and a blue plastic safety shield. The F90A geometry delivers true 90° shoulder and face milling capability, making it well-suited for machining steel, cast iron, and aluminum in roughing-to-semi-finishing operations on vertical and horizontal machining centers.
