The Iscar ICK 0925-2M (also cataloged as ICK 235-2M) is a new, indexable replaceable drill tip from Iscar's SumoCham 2M ChamDrill line, designed for use with compatible SumoCham modular drill bodies accepting a Seat Size 23 head. The insert is manufactured from IC908 carbide grade — a PVD TiAlN-coated submicron carbide substrate rated for ISO application ranges K20–K30 and P15–P30, making it suitable for drilling cast iron, steel, and stainless steel at elevated cutting speeds. The drill tip features a 140° point angle and a 2M geometry optimized for general-purpose drilling with improved chip formation and stability in interrupted cuts. The nominal drill diameter is 0.9250 in / 23.50 mm, and the insert is secured via the SumoCham self-clamping bayonet-style locking mechanism without requiring additional screws.
