The Iscar PLHT 1305-PDX IC328 is a new, factory-packed indexable carbide milling insert designed for the Iscar HELIPLUS and HM90 family of high-feed and helical milling systems. The insert is manufactured in Israel to Iscar's IC328 grade — a PVD-coated submicron cemented carbide optimized for milling stainless steels (ISO M) with strong secondary suitability for steel (P) and non-ferrous/hardened (H) materials, as confirmed by the P/M/K/N/S/H material group indicators on the package label. The PDX chipbreaker geometry features a positive top rake with reinforced cutting edge geometry to reduce cutting forces while maintaining edge security in interrupted cuts. Per the label, recommended cutting data for ISO M stainless is Vc = 70–200 m/min (230–660 sfm) and Fz = 0.12 mm/tooth (0.0047 ipt). This package contains 10 inserts (Iscar lot 1183525010-1673144) in the original sealed plastic tray.
