Iscar PLHT 1305-PDX IC328 Carbide Milling Insert (7pc)

The Iscar PLHT 1305-PDX IC328 is a parallelogram-shaped (PL) carbide milling insert from Iscar's HeLi-Plus / Helido family, designed for face and shoulder milling operations. IC328 is a PVD-coated carbide grade — specifically a TiAlN-based PVD coating over a fine-grain cemented carbide substrate — optimized for milling of stainless steel and other difficult-to-cut ISO M and ISO P materials at cutting speeds of 70–200 m/min (230–660 sfm) and a feed per tooth of 0.12 mm/t (0.0047 ipt), as confirmed on the package label. The PDX chipbreaker geometry provides positive cutting action and efficient chip control, targeting austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless, and general steel milling. This factory-new, Israel-made 7-piece pack (lot number 1179163079-1860859) is compatible with Iscar HELIDO and HeLi-Plus series milling cutters that accept the PLHT 1305 insert seat, including bodies in the HM90 and HM390 cutter families.
