The Iscar TGAQ D82-3-4Z-JHP is a new, factory-fresh TangFGrip High Feed Parting disc-style blade body manufactured in Israel, designed for use with Iscar's Tang-Grip tangential clamping insert system for parting and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The body is 82mm in diameter (D82), accepts a 3mm groove width insert, and features 4 indexable insert pockets (4Z) arranged around the disc periphery, allowing the body to be indexed to present a fresh pocket as edges wear. The JHP designation indicates the body is configured for Jet High Pressure through-coolant delivery, compatible with the separate JHP Copper Seal 1/8" fitting (Iscar item 7520696) included in this kit alongside the clamping screw. The disc-style format provides high rigidity and is suited for deep, high-feed parting applications; compatible inserts are from Iscar's Tang-Grip TGMF/TGMM series in 3mm width.
