The Iscar TGTBQ 25.4R-D82-JHP is a new, right-hand Logiq-Grip tangential grooving blade from Iscar's TANG-GRIP system, designed for high-pressure through-coolant (JHP) delivery directly to the cutting zone via internal channels. The blade accepts TANG-GRIP double-ended tangential grooving inserts with a 25.4 mm insert width designation, suited for face and axial grooving operations on CNC turning centers and lathes. The D82 designation indicates a blade body height/depth dimension of 82 mm, and the tangential clamping mechanism provides rigid insert clamping without a top clamp, enabling excellent chip flow and access in tight grooving applications. Included in the package are a Torx wrench/screwdriver for insert clamping and a replacement NBR O-ring (10x2 mm) for the coolant sealing circuit. Made in Israel; Iscar part number 7514982.
