This is a new ITT Goulds Pumps Model 3196 STX i-FRAME liquid end assembly, part number F1618S3LBSX102, S/N 777556, sized 1x1½-8 (1" discharge × 1½" suction × 8" nominal impeller diameter), constructed entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel (Material Code 1203) as confirmed on the factory packing slip. The liquid end consists of the casing (volute), casing cover, and associated hardware — all precision-machined and factory-coated in Goulds blue — and is designed to bolt directly onto the 3196 STX i-FRAME power end without modification, conforming to ANSI/ASME B73.1 dimensional standards for horizontal end-suction centrifugal pumps. The 3196 series is a heavy-duty ANSI process pump widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical, pulp & paper, and general industrial fluid transfer service; the 316SS wetted construction provides excellent corrosion resistance against chlorides, dilute acids, and a broad range of process chemicals.
