This is a new ITT Goulds Pumps Model 3196 i-FRAME liquid end kit, part number F1650MSLTSX102 (also cross-referenced as F1650MDLALX102, Item #030, Mat Code DI316 9104), configured for a 1.5×3-10 pump size with a ductile iron (DI) casing and 316 stainless steel (316SS) impeller wetted construction.
