This is a new ITT Goulds Pumps F1658S3LALX102 liquid-end kit for the Model 3196 i-FRAME ANSI centrifugal pump, Group STX, size 1-1/2 x 3 – 8, with the part name designation LIQEND/3196S/1.5X3.8/LC/316S and Material Code 1203. The kit includes a cast iron volute/pump casing (blue epoxy-coated), a 316 stainless steel impeller, a casing cover/stuffing box, a hardware pack (gasketing and fasteners), and the official ITT Goulds Model 3196 i-FRAME Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual. Material Code 1203 denotes a cast iron casing with a 316 stainless steel impeller and internals (LC = line cover/liquid-end assembly), making this kit suitable for mildly corrosive process fluids, clean water, and chemical transfer applications where iron casings with stainless wetted parts are appropriate. The Model 3196 is an ANSI B73.1-compliant, back-pull-out horizontal end-suction centrifugal pump widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, pulp & paper, and general industrial service; Group STX denotes the extra-large frame size within the i-FRAME bearing housing system.
