Jet-Lube Kopr-Kote (Product No. 10004) is a new, copper-based anti-seize and thread lubricant supplied in a 1 lb (454 g) brush-top metal can, manufactured by Whitmore Manufacturing LLC of Rockwall, TX. The formulation carries a service temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to 1800°F (982°C), making it suitable for high-heat applications including exhaust manifold studs, furnace hardware, boiler fittings, and aerospace fastener assemblies. It conforms to military specification MIL-PRF-907F and meets Raytheon Specification M8656839 Type II, confirming its approval for defense and aerospace thread lubrication. Kopr-Kote prevents galling, corrosion, and thread seizure on metal fasteners and fittings exposed to extreme temperatures, oxidizing environments, and corrosive media, and it reduces torque-tension scatter for accurate bolt load control. The brush-top applicator provides controlled, mess-free application directly to threaded connections, flanges, and sliding surfaces in industrial, petrochemical, power generation, and military maintenance environments.
