K-Tool Inc. grade A1M carbide spot drill inserts, model 90 A1M (item 119264), are square uncoated-top/TiN-coated-flank indexable inserts designed for use in the SDCS-90 spot drill holder system, producing 90° spot drill points. Each insert features a flat top face with chamfered corners and a bright gold PVD TiN coating visible on the clearance flanks and bottom seating face, consistent with K-Tool's A1M grade — a coated micrograin carbide optimized for ferrous and non-ferrous drilling applications. The 90° included angle geometry produces accurate center-drilling, chamfering, and spot-drilling operations across a drill diameter range of 0.070 in to 0.390 in when mounted in the compatible SDCS-90 toolholder. This factory-new pack contains 10 inserts in the original K-Tool plastic clamshell tray, dated 9/2/2022, and is a direct replacement for worn inserts in existing SDCS-90 spot drill tooling setups.
