Kennametal B053A04100CPG 4149611 KC7325 4.10mm Solid Carbide Drill

This is a new Kennametal B053A04100CPG solid carbide drill in grade KC7325, a PVD TiN-coated submicron carbide grade engineered for high-productivity drilling of cast iron, steel, and stainless steel. The drill belongs to Kennametal's K-2106AX series and carries a 4.10 mm cutting diameter with internal through-coolant capability (CPG suffix denotes coolant-through with polished flutes), enabling effective chip evacuation and heat management at elevated feed rates. Made in Germany, this drill features a reduced cylindrical shank, a 140° split-point geometry for self-centering entry, and two polished helical flutes with a gold TiN PVD coating over the flute length to reduce friction and extend tool life. It is suited for use in CNC machining centers with coolant supply through the spindle and is designed to achieve tolerances in the H7–H8 hole quality range without a pre-drill.
