The Kennametal EG130I03U1GUN in grade KCU25 is a new, indexable solid carbide grooving/parting insert designed for Kennametal's EvroGrip and Top Notch external grooving toolholder systems. Decoding the MPN: "EG" = EvroGrip insert style; "130" = 1.30 mm groove width; "I" = internal/neutral hand; "03" = insert size/height 3 mm; "U1G" = chipbreaker geometry (U1G — universal ground chipbreaker); "UN" = UN thread form (unified national 60°).
